All the apartments and villas are rented directly by the owners. - NO AGENCY

We are close by during your holiday if you need anything or have any problems.

CONDITIONS:

• The house is available from 16:30 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30 on the day of departure.
  However it is possible to arrive earlier and leave baggage
  
  
• A deposit of 30% of total rate of stay is required upon confirmation
  
  
• The settlement of the total rate is required upon arrival. ;
  
  
• The price includes gas and electricity.
  There is an extra cost for final cleaning; €45,00 for 2-room apartments, €50,00 for 3-room apartment at Barabarca,
  €70,00 for the villetta at Barabarca and €100 for the independent villa at Straccoligno
  
  
• Sheets are available at £13,00 per change.
  
  
• Cleaning (during stay) is available;
  

DISCOUNT:

• 10% for 2 weeks starting from 30/05 or 13/09;
  
  
• 20% for 3 weeks starting from 30/05 or 06/09
